Every tracked interaction — page views, clicks, form submissions, AI voice calls, chat messages — counts as one event. A typical page load generates 1 event.
What happens when I exceed my monthly limit?
We never stop tracking. Extra events are billed at your plan's overage rate per 100K events — $5 on Starter, $4 on Growth, $3 on Scale. Usage alerts keep you in control.
What is the AI Analytics Assistant?
Every plan includes our AI assistant that answers questions about your metrics in plain English — "What caused the traffic spike last Tuesday?" or "Which campaigns are converting best?" Growth and Scale get priority and advanced analysis.
